With this work, Marc Renaud has taken on the challenge of capturing an invisible material, electricity, into images. The No Blackout project explores the electrical material, places photography in the socket, and traces the flow back to its source elements: water, wind, sun, and fossil fuels. Tracing the electrical wire opens the door to questioning our energy consumption.
