Mona Fahmy holds a Master of Arts UZH in Economics and Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Advanced Studies in Economic Crime Investigation. She has been working as an author and journalist on an international level for 18 years, specialized in political affairs (mainly Africa, the Middle East and the US) and economic crime as well as organized crime. Since 2013, Ms. Fahmy consulted companies, government officials, and NGOs in economic crime and compliance related issues. She is also regularly giving lectures and workshops in Open Source Intelligence and Anti Money Laundering. Mona Fahmy is Member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Experts in Economic Crime Investigation. She joined Republik as an author in December 2017.
