They then bankrupt their companies and transfer the money to Switzerland, pretending to buy startups, thanks to a Ticino notary. The protagonists are two Italian entrepreneurs, resident in Switzerland, active in the real estate sector. Among the victims are Swiss citizens who were intending to purchase an apartment.
