In the spring of 2010, the photographer led a workshop in the Jenin refugee camp. The idea is for young Palestinian women to provide their own vision of their daily lives, far from the mainstream images so often seen in the media. Here, the girls were shooting from a rooftop when Israeli soldiers arrived. Undeterred, they kept on shooting and the soldiers eventually left.
