In Romania, keeping one's dog is a problem. The population of the EU's poorest country cannot afford to comply with a new law requiring neutering. Gabriella brings her dog back here, still under anesthesia after a neutering procedure offered by a charity. Neither the cold rain nor the sweeping of military trucks can reach the young woman, who is focused on the fate of "Lisa."
