Fifty men live in the asylum accommodation on Gärtnerstasse in Dübendorf under degrading conditions: The sanitary facilities are in very poor condition, toilet doors either don't close or are missing entirely; the kitchen equipment is barely usable. Officials in the city of Dübendorf aren't accepting any criticism and refer the matter to ORS Service AG, which is responsible for operations. ORS also initially dismissed the matter, but after repeated interventions, admitted that the accommodation needed to be addressed.
