Data analysis on the Ukraine War/Scrollytelling: Using data from "The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project" (Acled), we analyze the Russian military's war strategy. The data reveals, among other things, the Russians' planned "decapitation strike" with the early attack on Kyiv. Furthermore, it is already evident in an early phase of the war that Russia is deliberately attacking civilian targets.
