Minor asylum seekers in Immensee

Christine Bärlocher

In Immensee, underage asylum seekers find a slice of everyday life where they can be completely normal young people. I'm touched by the sense of community among the young people. I'm adding this deliberately unspectacular series to the flood of images on the topic of asylum. The images were commissioned by the photo agency Ex-Press for Caritas Switzerland, which has been operating the "House of Youth" since August.
