The Q storytelling toolbox is a proprietary development of the NZZ that allows all journalists to create graphics and visual elements for their articles. Since its launch in 2016, over 16,000 graphics have been created. A major update was rolled out in October 2019: Q graphics can now be printed directly into the newspaper—which will save thousands of work hours in the medium term.
