On 27th July 2018 old railway sleepers catch fire on the grounds of a logistics company at the Port of Switzerland in Basel. A group of relaxed onlookers watches as a 30 meter high smoke column rises into the sky; one of them takes a selfie even though the police have triggered a poison alert and advised the population to remain indoors and keep windows and doors shut. It will not be determined until later on that the smoke does not pose a risk to people’s health.
