Turner, the unstoppable singer and stage performer, died Wednesday, after a long illness at her home in Kuesnacht near Zurich, Switzerland, according to her manager. She was 83.

In May 2023, the whole world mourned the loss of Tina Turner. The rock singer died on May 24 at the age of 83 in her adopted home of Küsnacht. Within hours of her death, the villa in Küsnacht, where the Queen of Rock 'N' Roll lived until her death, became a pilgrimage site for her fans from Switzerland and abroad to say goodbye and mourn.
