On 16th October 2018, Armin Capaul poses with his cows in a meadow above Perrefitte. The Swiss mountain farmer single-handedly launches the “Cows with Horns Initiative”. This petition for a referendum demands that livestock keepers of cows, breeding bulls, goats and breeding bucks receive financial support, provided the adult animals have horns. The Swiss voters reject the initiative on 25th November 2018 with 54,7 % of the vote.
