A 15-minute radio report from Switzerland. Just as the film The Intouchables is a hit, the French Disability Insurance (AI) introduced the assistance contribution at the beginning of this year. It allows a disabled person to hire a personal assistant and form a couple like Philippe, the quadriplegic in The Intouchables, and his partner, Driss. As in the fiction, those who tested the system preferentially choose assistants without training.
