Twenty years ago, a newborn baby was abandoned in Bern's Ryffligässli. This article explores the question of what became of him, Stefan. Answer: Stefan grew up in a large Bernese family, but believes he could have come from a country like Argentina. He doesn't hold a grudge against his mother. She cared for him when she abandoned him out of great need. Since then, he has learned to build his life on what he has known.
