At the end of March, the city of Lausanne transformed into the world capital of diplomacy. It hosted the Iranian nuclear negotiations, which culminated in a historic agreement on April 2. This report aims not only to chronicle the excitement around and inside the Beau Rivage Palace (with local merchants, in particular), but also to explain the political and security issues.
