Climate: A place in the sun (Daily Life 2016, by Alessandro Della Bella) - Swiss Press Award

Aerial photograph taken from a helicopter on June 28, 2015. The summer of 2015 was a glorious one. Sunscreen, ice cream, and sweat flowed in streams. Some Zurich swimming pools resembled Mediterranean beaches. Photographed from a helicopter, the refreshing dip in the cool water offered a particularly photogenic sight. The images were taken at the end of June. Some of the lush green meadows had already dried out and turned brown a short time later, especially the arboretum.
