This is a summer series published in 2013. Each article is based on a character, known to all for being the living memory of their municipality. While Geneva's localities are all experiencing significant demographic and urban development, which is not about to stop, the idea was to have these interlocutors talk about the evolution of their city/village, through the concrete events that took place there, but also through their personal lives. I wanted to gather their impressions of what has changed over the years or, on the contrary, what has remained the same. While everyone showed a little nostalgia, they also spoke of their attachment, still intact, to their municipality. Some villages have become cities. These have continued to grow. But despite the transformations and changes experienced, none of these characters wanted to pack their bags.
