Kidnapped and tortured; after 20 months of detention in 1977 in Buenos Aires at the Naval Mechanics School, Juan Gasparini was granted asylum in Geneva in 1980. This former Argentinian refugee, who turned to journalism, now specializes in corruption and human rights cases. He looks back on his past at the Palais des Nations and poses wearing the blindfold that deprived him of sight during his captivity.
