Ethiopia was hit this year by its worst drought in 30 years. These episodes are increasing in frequency and worsening due to climate change. Livestock are dying, people's livelihoods are being undermined, families are being forced to leave their villages, and some nomads are being forced to settle down. All this in a country where no one is allowed to complain.
