The article was published in a special issue of the newspaper La Cité, released in December 2015. The first part traces episodes related to the presence of Italian-origin organized crime in Ticino. The second part, which also features a contribution from the former head of the Lugano branch of the MPC, addresses the debate on how to strengthen anti-mafia legislation in Switzerland.
