The Swiss Army is disposing of explosive devices that were stored on the Mittlere Brücke (Middle Bridge) in Basel. The area on the bridge has been cordoned off like any normal construction site, and there are no special signs. Pedestrians walk a few meters past the entrance. Only if you want to take photos are you sent to the other side of the street for safety reasons! The graffiti "Hades" fits in with this.
