Lausanne, December 16, 2010. Nearly fifty people crowd in front of the Valley of Youth PC shelter, hoping to spend a warm night there. Among them, a large majority are Roma. A security guard filters the entrances, which are limited to 45 people. Priority entry is given to women and children, then regulars, then musicians, and finally men of Roma origin.
