In early January 2010, Coop restaurant customers discovered that the free water jugs previously available had disappeared. Here's a report and customer reactions, as well as an investigation into the reasons for this change. It's worth noting that following this article, Coop has revised its practice and is once again offering water fountains or pre-filled cups in its restaurants.
