In the spring of 2016, the last president of Asuag, Peter Renggli, went public: the history of the merger of Asuag and SSIH, and thus the beginnings of what would become the Swatch Group, needed to be rewritten. I investigated the statements as best I could and finally found the "key witness" (part three in December).
