On September 23, 2012, the people of Neuchâtel were to vote on a RER-Transrun project estimated at 920 million. But before the vote, we sense that the people don't believe in it. Why, when this project is crucial for the development of its public transport and its economic future? That is the subject of the investigation. PS: On September 23, the people rejected the project by a majority of 50.2% of the vote.
