A long-term filmic documentation of the development of Leutschenpark in Zurich North. With an area of ​​approximately 60 hectares, the area has the potential to create approximately 20,000 jobs and housing for up to 3,000 people. The Leutschenbach district currently lacks an identity. Identity is created through history. The film writes the history of the area. With the camera, we captured not only the changes in the physical-material space but also the transformation at the level of individual perceptions and experiences. The result is 54 short films, each two to six minutes long, with a total length of three hours. These short films, as snapshots, together create a comprehensive picture through the different perceptions of the specific location. It explores the demands placed on the contemporary urban landscape and puts them up for discussion. The entire story will be published as a serial in the Neuland magazine.
