Mostly, local journalists tell stories from their region. But sometimes it's also important to bring stories from the wider world closer to home. Thanks to an Antarctic expedition involving Graubünden residents, I was able to interweave the story of the famous explorer Ernest Shackleton with the experiences of today's adventures. The result is a radio play.
