For several years, Ahwaz has been ranked by the WHO as the most polluted city in the world. Sunday, August 3, 2014, it's 11:30 a.m., I step off the plane. The 47°C and the gentle breeze are drying my eyes, even though no odor of pollution or dark veil makes the pollution in the place visible to me. It must be said that the social problems perfectly mask the major ecological concerns of this city.
