At the Opera Ball, the Zurich Opera House was transformed into a grand ballroom. 1,600 guests from the worlds of culture, business, and politics celebrated until the early hours. There was no skimping on clothing and jewelry; seeing and being seen was at least as important as dancing a few rounds on the dance floor.
