How is Zurich responding to the second wave? At the beginning of July, the Department of Health reported 57 new infections, another increase of over 10 percent. The Zurich City Council has responded by imposing entry restrictions on two popular, but cramped, lakeside swimming pools. Not so at Oberer Letten, where mostly young people are having fun without keeping much distance.
