Around 200 people planned to protest against the current restrictions on Sechseläutenplatz on May 16. The city police initially sought dialogue – and then took action. Due to the current coronavirus regulations, a total ban on demonstrations was in place in Zurich. The group included critics of globalization, anti-vaccination activists, and anti-Semitic conspiracy theorists.
