For years, they have been the finale of world-class events—and often the emotional highlight: the women's 4 x 100 m relay. The atmosphere is excellent again this time, thanks to the Swiss quartet's superb performance. Final runner Melissa Gutschmidt is caught by the Dutchwoman Jiya practically at the finish line and falls. Second place is still a strong result for the young team.

Nach dem einjährigen Gestalterischen Vorkurs an der F+F in Zürich eineinhalb Jahre Mitglied der GAF57. Im Jahr 2008 Abschluss des Lehrganges Redaktionelle Fotografie am MAZ in Luzern und anschliessend Festanstellung als Pressefotograf beim St.Galler Tagblatt. Seit September 2014 Fotograf beim Tages-Anzeiger.
