It's a shock for the residents of the Röntgen area next to the railway tracks near the main train station. 105 tenants in the so-called Sugus buildings received notice of termination at the beginning of December. The reason: complete renovations. Over 250 people in the affected buildings are losing their homes. Resistance is forming, with demonstrations, petitions, and objections: the tenants are fighting back.
