Norma Amman, a 35-year-old Peruvian, known as the oldest primary school student in Switzerland, spent seven months in school with the third-graders of Vordemwald (AG), primarily to learn German. Last spring, she was expelled because adult attendance was incompatible with Aargau's school law. We accompanied Norma Amman on her last day of school.
