As a freelancer at the Riehener Zeitung, I was able to initiate a series under the call "First World War - Memories and Stories Wanted." The various memorabilia sent to the newspaper by the descendants of the people described served as the thematic hook. I completed three of the four articles. I had 5,000 characters per article. The call was published on May 30, 2014, the first article on August 22, the second on September 5, and the third on September 19.
