At the 25m World Swimming Championships in Budapest, Noè Ponti achieved historic success. The Ticino native crowned himself the first Swiss world champion in the 50m butterfly with a world record. Ponti followed suit in the 100m four medley, claiming his second world title. All good things come in threes, the best Swiss swimmer also said to himself.
