The list of donors to the association supporting the Geneva State Councillor in 2023 contains fictitious contributors, such as James Fazy, which is prohibited. Thousands of francs are at stake. The State Chancellery has opened an investigation following these revelations and has sanctioned the association. This is a first in Geneva. This article discusses the sensitive issue of campaign financing.
