The Palp Festival is one of a kind. To close this series of high-altitude concerts, Beth Dido (Gossip) and the Young Gods performed at the foot of the Mauvoisin Dam. These concerts were unpretentious, staged with minimal but effective technique, capturing people as they are in the daylight and eliminating the distance that usually separates them from the audience.
