This year's Prix Lignum special issue, which presents the award-winning works, focuses on the craftspeople behind the buildings. For this purpose, I portrayed various "wooden craftsmen" at their workplaces—directly and without makeup, exposed to the dust, noise, and harsh daily working conditions.

*1971, lebt und arbeitet in Zürich 2003 Diplom der Ecole supérieure de la Photographie in Vevey Seit 2004 als freischaffender Fotograf tätig. Seit 2013 Dozent an der F+F Schule für Kunst und Design sowie verschiedene weitere Unterrichtstätigkeiten (u.a. am CEPV Vevey), seit 2020 Chefexperte Fotografie EFZ (in Co-Leitung)
