In 2016 the Solar Impulse successfully circumnavigates the Earth. On 21st April, Bertrand Piccard and André Borschberg\'s solar aircraft leaves Hawaii, after a nine-month forced break on the Pacific island (61). Two days later, it arrives in San Francisco (62). On 11th June, it’s flying over the Statue of Liberty in New York (64), on 13th July, over Egypt and the famous pyramids of Giza. On the 26th July, the world record is completed in Abu Dhabi.

Jean Revillard a été formé à l’école d’Yverdon, où il a suivi les enseignements de Luc Chessex, Jesus Moreno et Christian Caujolle. Par la suite, il se consacre principalement à la photographie, en tant que photographe, galeriste (Europa à Genève, Focale à Nyon) et journaliste (Le Nouveau Quotidien, L’Hebdo). En 2001, il fonde l’agence Rezo.ch, au sein de laquelle il remporte un World Press Award avec son travail sur les cabanes des migrants de Calais, ainsi qu’un Swiss Press Award. En 2009, il est à nouveau récompensé d’un World Press Award et du prix de la Ville de Prague. Actuellement, En 2010 il realise "Sarah on the bridge" le Parcours d'une esclave sexuelle dans les forêts italiennes et gagne le grand prix du publique des boutographies. En 2010 Il est engagé comme photographe du Projet Solar Impulse de Bertrand Piccard. En 2011 il gagne le Prix Nicolas Bouvier pour l'ensemble de son travail. en 2014 il realise "Ondes" reportage sur les éléctrosensibles.
