The Hotel Palace in Gstaad is one of the most famous luxury hotels in Switzerland. The winter season opened on December 19th. But before that, the most expensive suit had to be inspected, the exclusive Persian carpet had to be laid, and the palace florists had to be found. This report follows governess Michaela Gäng, who has to take care of these final preparations.
