The story of an economic refugee from Montenegro who wanted to work in Switzerland and was sent to a construction scaffold without any training. After a mishandling, he and the foreman fell 13 meters and were seriously injured; the foreman died. Fatmir Mustafa experienced the harshness of the Swiss justice system in the subsequent criminal investigation for negligent homicide. He was ultimately acquitted. He receives only a minimal disability pension and is forced to leave the country. No one wants to take (financial) responsibility for his fate.
