The Swiss Pavilion at the 13th International Architecture Biennale in the Giardini di Venezia in August 2012 was designed by architect Miroslav Sik, a professor at ETH Zurich. In collaboration with two partner architectural firms, a 60-meter-long photo fresco panorama of an imaginary city was mounted on the walls and exposed directly onto photographic emulsion, embodying the architectural ensemble concept, combining stylistic proliferation with a human dimension.
