In Lausanne, twenty giant stuffed animals with rather friendly faces gathered for a "Furwalk" along the Ouchy quays. They are members of the "Furry" movement, whose goal is to meet, stroll, and make passersby smile. This movement emerged in the 1980s, and the characters are their own creations.
