Fireworks, burning containers, tear gas: the Avenue de Morges in Lausanne was the scene of a night of riots on August 25th. Nearly 200 people gathered there, including many young people who were protesting violently following the death of a local youth who lost his life after being chased on his motorcycle by a police car.
