The Reformed Church in Wetzikon unknowingly sold its long-standing community center, the Hotel Drei Linden, to the controversial local real estate company Immoturicum via a front man. In two articles, the ZO revealed that the property was sold significantly below its value. The reporting prompted an investigation by the Hinwil District Office and was included in an editorial by the magazine Reformiert.
