CrossFit, a blend of weightlifting, artistic gymnastics, and track and field, is not just a form of training, but also a lifestyle. It incorporates teamwork, drills, discipline, and diet. The footage was shot in the Zurich training rooms of the "Turicum" team, the only German-speaking team eligible to participate in this year's Grossfit Games in California.
