Merce Cunningham's Technique Explained by Foofwa of Immobility (Art and Culture 2011, by David Wagnières) - Swiss Press Award

In this series of images, we tried to show the different positions of the bust or legs that characterize the technique of the artist Merce Cuningham. This work was initially to be declined in a multitude of small images, then I proceeded on photoshop to a reinterpretation of the superimposed layers asking each time to take into account only what was darker in each of the images (except for the two hands in front of the dark blue outfit) The result is interesting because this superposition also demonstrates the technique of the dancer who by his technique does not move the face nor the shoulders and the pelvis. (for this series as for the others thank you for signing David Wagnières / Strates in case of publication)
