Roman Wasik documents the life and work of the Einsiedeln monks. His focus is on dealing with social change. Participating in daily routines without a camera proved particularly helpful. This was the only way to later film footage that would otherwise be taboo, such as funerals and the monks' crypt, where no camera crew had ever filmed.
