For decades, the world's best revolver shooters have gathered in Philippsburg to crown the best. Shooting takes place up to 200 meters, which requires high energy. The bullets leave the barrel at 1/1000 of a second, and the fire behind them lasts just 1/100 of a second. Capturing this photographically is technically complex. Added to this is the shot taken from an angled front, where muzzle pressure is 1000 bar.
